Happiness is a warm beer.
Actually, no it's not. Even the Brits and Scots would prefer a cold frosty one 9 times out of 10. Happiness is an emotional or affective state that feels good or pleasing. Overlapping states or experiences associated with happiness include wellbeing, joy, sexual pleasure, delight, health, safety, contentment and love, while contrasting ones include suffering, sadness, grief, anxiety, and pain. Associated behaviors include smiling and laughter.
In short, I would say, happiness is, fill in your favorite warm fuzzy producing product here. Reese's, a long run, Mt. Everest in November. Whatever it is it's pretty clear there are lot's, and I mean lot's of things that are good to make us mmmm, happy.
Maybe we are way off, we doubt it, but with so many good things around, there has to be a reason for it.
